• We offer same-day delivery  across Adelaide (subject to order cut-off times)
• Delivery fees vary depending on the area.
• As a premium gifting service, we take great care to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition.
• Perishable gifts, such as chocolate and berries in chocolate , cannot be left unattended in hot weather.
• If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to contact them directly.
• If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to us for safekeeping . A redelivery fee will apply to maintain the highest standard of service.
• We are not liable for delays, spoilage, or quality issues resulting from incorrect delivery details provided at checkout, or from the recipient being unavailable at the agreed delivery time.
